Swift Explorers Singapore (SES)
SES 2023 is a series of free online coding related activities using resources from Apple, hosted by CGS with training provided by Tinkercademy, an Apple Professional Learning Provider.
The iPad is a powerful tool for coding and creating media, and both of these are important skillsets for students to develop. Check out the various skills learning initiatives available in Singapore.
Infocomm Media Club
In partnership with Apple, IMDA, Make The Change, and Meshminds, this initiative forms a crucial component of the Infocomm Media Clubs' New Media Learning Roadmap. During this program, participants will delve into various key areas:
- Social Innovations and Entrepreneurship
- Digital Marketing and Media
- Videography and Photography
Furthermore, participants will cultivate their media proficiency through hands-on experience with tools like Keynote, Clips, as well as Augmented Reality (AR) applications such as AR Makr and Reality Composer.
Swift Accelerator Programme
The Swift Accelerator Programme is an intensive talent development programme for secondary school students with an interest and aptitude for app development and computational thinking. Over 8 months, participants learn to code in Swift, and apply story-telling and design-thinking principles to design, build, and release an iOS app of their own.
